I found my walking boots and took them out for a quick 18.5km - no blisters, which is a huge relief. However, I have learnt the hard way that waterproofs are mandatory and not optional!

Why I’m Taking Part
Having served in the military myself, I have experienced first hand the sacrifices that are made in the service of our country.
This event is going to challenge me emotionally as much as it will physically, but I'm proud to have the opportunity to take part and support this amazing organisation.
