The Cumbrian Challenge is our flagship annual fundraising event, inviting individuals, organisations and companies to unite in support of our mission while enjoying a truly memorable team-building experience in the stunning Lake District.
Kicking off on Friday, the weekend promises excitement and connection—rain or shine. If you're camping with us, you'll soak up the beauty of the surroundings from our dedicated campsite and unwind with fellow challengers at Event HQ, where you'll find delicious food, refreshing drinks, exclusive merchandise, and a selection of treats from our generous sponsors and partners.
The overall organisation was great, facilities were spot on and as usual the food was superb. All the staff and volunteers were brilliant, always with a smile on their face and very keen to help.

Peak: 12.5km, 631m of ascent, 6-8 hour completion time
Tough: 22km, 1,140m ascent, 8-10 hour completion time
Tougher: 27km, 1,570m ascent, 10-12 hour completion time

Fundraising Target
Each team (comprised of 3 to 5 individuals) is challenged to raise £2,200 to support veterans. You'll be amazed what you can achieve as a team.
You can help us to deliver life-changing support across our programmes; mental health, employment and support care coordination (welfare).
Camping
£25 per person to camp for the weekend. Follow the prompt when registering your team.
Age Restrictions
All routes are for individuals aged 18+.
