So the training journey has officially commenced in readiness for The Tough challenge on 18th May.
Today as a team we adventured out into the Cheviots and did the "Windy Gyle" route which is just over 9 miles and a 619 elevation. The views were stunning and definitely worth the slog when climbing up those steep bits.
