On Saturday the 16th, I'm taking on the Walking With The Wounded Cumbrian Challenge with my colleagues from Insight Investment. My motivation is deeply personal: I'm walking in memory of my great-grandfather, Muhammad Ibrahim Khan (1856-1936), who served in the British Indian Army during WWI.
History often overlooks the immense contribution of the millions of Muslim and Indian soldiers who served alongside British forces. By retracing these steps in the Cumbrian fells, I hope to bring light to their often-forgotten sacrifices while raising vital funds for the veterans of today.
Please help me honor this legacy by donating.
Good luck bro
