Of late Mental Health is the most talked topics which has been for example, depression, anxiety, PTSD, or adjustment disorder and other being support Employment opportunities wherever possible . These does impact people and contribute to emotional wellbeing and mental health problems and can cause restrictions on their day-to-day activities.

With an idea to make a positive impact on one’s Wellbeing I have decided to support the ‘Walking With The Wounded Charity’ with help of Team DXC Technology who have provided a wonderful opportunity to Support /contribute for this noble cause.

Walking with the Wounded team collaborate with the NHS, military charity and mental health charity partners and provide private therapy sessions and support have proved improved mental health and wellbeing using their mental health programme ‘Head Start’. They also find job for veterans using their ‘Employment Programme’.
