I'm taking part in the Walking With The Wounded Cumbrian Challenge to support the amazing work this charity does in helping veterans overcome mental and physical challenges as they return to civilian life.

I have chosen to take on 'The Tough' route which is 20km. This challenge is a way for me to push myself while standing with those who have shown real strength and bravery. Every step I take helps raise funds and awareness to support veterans in getting the help they need to rebuild their lives. Your support can make a real difference.
