I'm taking part in the Cumbrian Challenge to raise much needed funds for our ex-military in their team of need. This year - my sixth - I am doing it in memory of my cousin, Pauline Davies (nee Findlay), who served in the Army Intelligence Corps from 1992-2016, ending up as a WO2. She served in Bosnia, Afghanistan (at least three times), Northern Ireland, The Falklands (twice), Germany and many places in England. She fought her battle with Motor Neurone Disease bravely and we sadly lost her this easter. She was a proud Veteran, having followed in her dad's footsteps - Doc Findlay, lost in action in the Falklands War when she was a little girl. I've seen countless times first hand the impact Walking With The Wounded has on people's lives and want to help raise money and awareness to support their fantastic work.
