Why I’m Taking Part
Its been 13 years since I left the Royal Air Force, and in that time I've been more familiar with a cheeky drink than a gym. But the Cumbrian challenge is my chance to push myself again and prove that mindset still defines me.
I'm also motivated to give back- supporting Walking with the wounded and the forces community I'm proud to be a part of.
