Why I’m Taking Part

This is my third and final year in which I will complete the 3rd route, the 'Tougher'.
Not only does this event raise a huge amount of funds for ex-Military and their families, it helps us, the people who take part.
Having something as rewarding as this to look forward to and train for each year is pure medicine.
If you could do donate the cost of a coffee or the price of a pint, I would really appreciate that.
