Over the past few weeks, I’ve been training hard to prepare for the big event early starts, daily walks of 5+ miles, and regular strength sessions at the gym have become my new routine! Compared to last year, I’m 15kg lighter, so I’m feeling stronger, fitter, and more confident that this year’s challenge will be a little easier.
