One week to go Sarah, so perhaps a final long training walk to do this fine weekend. I hope the prep has gone well. I know you can achieve the Tough and I hope you enjoy it even more than last time. Send a pic from Helvellyn. I'm sure you will earn that nice comfy bed on Saturday night!
