Alternative Ways to Donate
By Fundraising Team on
Whilst fundraising is one of the most popular ways of donating to charity as it often gives people the opportunity to take on a new challenge, there are also a range of other ways you can donate. No matter how often or how much you want to donate, there’s a method for everyone.
1. Payroll Giving
Payroll Giving is one of the easiest, and most cost-effective ways of donating to a cause close to your heart. With Payroll Giving, your donation is taken directly from your wage before tax, so once set up, doesn’t require you to do anything else! It’s quick and easy to set up, and one of the biggest advantages to Payroll Giving is that it comes to us as a charity inclusive of the income tax you would have paid, without any additional cost to...
10 Ways To Increase Your Fundraising
By Fundraising Team on
We know that fundraising can sometimes be tricky, and it can be difficult to know where to start, so we want to highlight 10 ways to boost your donation efforts for Cumbrian Challenge.

At no extra cost to anyone, this allows an additional 25p to be added to every pound donated. Every one of those pennies goes directly toward assisting veterans and their families who need our support to rebuild their lives.
2. Matched Funding
An increasing number of organisations are willing to match the funds you raise. The best part is that it won’t cost you or your supporters anything extra....
